Manoella Antonieta, a Master's student in Administration at FURB, has been granted a scholarship to pursue her Doctorate in Innovation Sciences at Halmstad University in Sweden.
Manoella participated in FURB's dual degree program with Halmstad University and, while in Sweden, learned about the scholarship opportunity and applied for it.

"Having previously been on an exchange program through FURB during my undergraduate studies, I was confident in the university's support when I entered the master's program. So, after my time in Sweden through the dual degree program and enjoying the experience immensely, I heard about the scholarship and decided to apply," said the graduate student.
With this scholarship, Manoella will be able to complete her master's degree and immediately embark on her doctoral journey at Halmstad University, known for its research focus on innovation in areas such as Innovation Sciences, Business Studies, Information and Communication Technology, Health and Lifestyle, and Sustainable Development.
"During the dual degree program, I had the opportunity to actively engage with the faculty on a daily basis, exchanging experiences. We even had the chance to teach a class to foreign students in a marketing course, which was a very different yet highly enriching experience," shared Manoella.
FURB's Master's in Administration program, which offers dual degree options with Halmstad, is currently accepting applications for new students until September 30th. More information can be found at furb.br/ppgad.
